Regenerative Medicine

For access to an instructional video, please e-mail us at JointCare@Arthroventions.com

Regenerative therapies use your body’s own stem cells to treat joint disease. These therapies restore and repair damaged or aging cells and effectively regenerate tissue in the body . Regenerative therapies include Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC), Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), and Adipose Tissue Concentrate.

Joint injections are used to deliver regenerative therapies to the synovial fluid in the joint space. Using the JointTap, providers can remove more fluid during aspiration and more accurately target the synovial fluid.

This includes the following procedures/therapeutics:

  • Diagnostic Aspiration
  • Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC)
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
  • Adipose Tissue Concentrate

The synovial fluid is displaced from the joint cavities to the target area, increasing the amount of fluid available for aspiration and placing the fluid under positive pressure.

The target area under ultrasound is increased by 3x allowing for a greater range of injection angles and direct targeting of the synovial fluid.
